There has been a delay in the delivery of my order.

 

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. The order will usually be processed within 48 hours, and it will take approximately 7-18 days for shipping to be completed. Delays are acceptable up to 35 days in advance.

The order I placed arrived damaged. Could you please help me?

Thank you for letting us know that a portion of your order was damaged. We are sorry to hear that. It will be helpful if you could email us a photo of your damaged items and a screenshot of the packing slip in order to assist us in replacing your damaged items as soon as possible. What is the Gbarel.com return/exchange policy?

If a product doesn't work out, we want to make the return process as easy as possible. Overused or purchased outside of our 30-day return window cannot be returned. We cannot accept exchanges at this time. We don't offer website credit for gift returns. Returns will be credited to the gift purchaser's credit card. Only returned items are refunded. Shipping is not refundable.

Please send me a copy of the original order confirmation. We process refunds within 5-7 business days once we receive your returned items

Will I be required to pay duties?

 Upon arrival, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by your country's customs department. Certain countries may include duties and taxes in their prices, while others will allow you to pay them at the time of checkout or upon delivery of your order. The payment of duties and taxes will be made at the time of checkout in countries such as Brazil and Ecuador. Global shipping is free over 99$ USD - Duty and taxes will be calculated at checkout if this statement appears. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
